The OK Movement USA wishes to reaffirm its organizational identity, clarify its relationship with the broader OK Movement in Nigeria, and reiterate its commitment to democratic development, civic participation, good governance, and the advancement of a more prosperous Nigeria.

OK Movement USA is a duly registered United States nonprofit organization established to advance civic engagement, democratic values, responsible public participation, community development, and the broader well-being of Nigerians at home and across the diaspora.

We are a diaspora-based organization with our own leadership, governance structure, operational responsibilities, and institutional objectives.

Our mission is anchored in a fundamental conviction: , , , ‘ .

OK Movement USA recognizes and appreciates the extensive grassroots organizational efforts of OK Movement Nigeria, under the leadership of . , whose network of coordinators, zonal leaders, state women leaders, volunteers, and community representatives extends across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, local government areas, wards, and polling units.

We regard these extensive grassroots structures as a valuable platform for cooperation in promoting civic education, public enlightenment, community participation, and constructive democratic engagement throughout Nigeria.

While we share aspirations for a better Nigeria, , , , .

Cooperation between our organizations does not, by itself, establish common financial control, candidate authorization, or a direct political-party relationship.

OK Movement USA recognizes the growing national conversation surrounding His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and the broader aspirations of Nigerians seeking responsible leadership and meaningful democratic progress.

Our engagement with these national aspirations is informed by our commitment to democratic values, accountable leadership, public transparency, economic opportunity, and the welfare of ordinary Nigerians.

, , .

Our organizational activities and financial decisions are governed by our internal procedures and applicable legal requirements. We remain committed to lawful cooperation with grassroots structures in Nigeria on initiatives that promote good governance, civic awareness, and responsible democratic participation.

We firmly believe that civic advocacy, public enlightenment, and democratic engagement must be conducted responsibly, transparently, and within the boundaries of the law.

Our work is directed toward initiatives that encourage informed citizenship, responsible democratic participation, and stronger communities.

Our principal areas of focus include:

: Promoting awareness of democratic rights, responsibilities, and electoral processes.

: Supporting lawful voter sensitization and meaningful civic engagement.

: Promoting transparency, peaceful participation, and public confidence in democratic processes.

‘ : Supporting women’s empowerment initiatives across Nigeria, youth development, healthcare awareness, education, and the welfare of vulnerable communities.

, , : Through our ongoing Women Affairs Podcast Series, we amplify women’s voices and engage professionals, community leaders, and Nigerians across the diaspora in discussions on healthcare, girl-child education, women’s empowerment, civic awareness, and national development.

: Encouraging and fostering support for women-focused initiatives across Nigeria, including healthcare interventions, community empowerment, educational opportunities, good governance, and informed civic participation.

: Providing lawful educational, organizational, and logistical support for approved civic initiatives.

: Building stronger connections between Nigerians abroad and communities at home to advance shared developmental objectives.

All activities are to be independently authorized where appropriate and implemented in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

As a United States-registered organization, OK Movement USA recognizes the importance of responsible fundraising, financial transparency, proper documentation, and compliance with applicable laws in every jurisdiction in which we operate.

Funds raised independently by OK Movement USA are intended to support duly authorized and legally permissible organizational initiatives, including civic education, community engagement, women’s empowerment, public enlightenment, and other approved developmental programs.

.

Our commitment is to maintain appropriate financial oversight, responsible disbursement procedures, accurate recordkeeping, and accountability to our supporters and relevant regulatory authorities.

From Washington, D.C., to London, Toronto, Lagos, Kano, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Abuja, and communities across the world, Nigerians possess the knowledge, resources, professional expertise, and collective determination to contribute positively to national development.

Our diaspora communities must be more than distant observers of Nigeria’s challenges. We must become responsible participants in finding sustainable solutions and promoting meaningful progress.

OK Movement USA remains committed to building bridges, strengthening civic consciousness, encouraging responsible public participation, and supporting initiatives that place the welfare and future of Nigerians at the center of national development.

We believe that meaningful change is strengthened through informed citizenship, institutional accountability, constructive cooperation, and a shared determination to build a better society.
