The South East gets 8,800,000 (eight million and eight hundred) Fulanis resettled in 30 new exclusive LGAs or RUGAs. Each of Rivers State, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and Cross River States get 1,560,000 (one million and five hundred and sixty thousand) Fulanis in the 6 new exclusive Fulani LGAs or RUGA Settlements per State.
Overall, the South South States of Eastern Region will get 6,240,000 (six million and two hundred and forty) Fulanis in 24 new exclusive Fulani only LGAs or RUGA Settlements.
In total, Eastern Region will be flooded with 15,040,000 (fifteen million and forty thousand) foreign Fulanis from West & Central Africa to be resettled in a total of 54 brand new exclusive Fulani only LGAs or RUGA Settlements spread all over the Eastern Region.
As every Easterner is aware these foreign Fulanis are all youths of fighting age and are armed with millitary grade assault weapons. Essentially, Eastern Nigeria will have to share their ancestral lands with 15,040,000 armed foreign Islamist Jihadist Terrorists under Buhari’s RUGA Settlements.
If States of Eastern Nigeria accept RUGA Settlements, they will also have accepted the other unwritten rights and consequences that come with it. Those Fulani foreigners are human and therefore have human individual and group rights that must be given to them.
1. The Fulani settlers automatically become indigenes and citizens of the States and ethnic nationalities they reside in Igboland becomes Igbo-Fulani Land thus creating a new Igbo-Fulani nation just like what happened in Hausaland that became Hausa-Fulani Land with a new tribe Hausa-Fulani.
Efik, Ibibio, Anang, Ijaw, Ikwere, Ogoni, Ogoja etc will all become Efik-Fulani. Ibibio-Fulani, Anang-Fulani, Ijaw-Fulani, Ikwere-Fulani, Ogoni-Fulani, Ogoja-Fulani etc. All ethnic nationalities in the Eastern Region automatically become FULANISED.
2. Flowing from “1” above is the right of FULANI Language for the settlers and their family and children. The Fulani themselves strategically adopted Hausa Language when they formed Hausa-Fulani “tribe”. As a matter of right, all States in the East must then incorporate and teach Hausa Language in schools. Broadcasts on State radio and TV must then include Hausa. The Fulani settlers may appear to be a minority but they will then become entitled as a matter of right to have their language incorporated and promoted in the States as they have become indigenes or citizens. Given that all States of Nigeria have then become Fulanised, automatically Hausa Language becomes Nigeria’s Lingua Franca.
3. Rights of religious practice arise. Fulanis are Moslem. So automatically their LGAs must as a right come with Mosques. Islam is a way of life, so they must also then have Sharia Law in those exclusive LGAs. Instantly Sharia Courts must be established to deal with their issues. With Sharia and Sharia Courts in place, the Eastern States have automatically become Sharia States. There will then have to establish Sharia Court of Appeal and Grand Khadis of each State in the East. Boom, the Entire Nigeria has become Sharia Country.
4. The settlers are in their own exclusive LGAs. Therefore as a right, they are entitled like all other LGAs to have their Autonomous Community Chiefs or Ezes or whatever name is given to traditional rulers by the various nations of the East.
As Moslems the FULANI Settlers would have their Emirs and District Heads. These Emirs or District Heads must by right get recognition in the Eastern States and therefore join the Houses or Councils of Traditional Rulers of each State. In no time one of the Emirs or District Heads become appointed Chairman of Council of Ezes or Traditional Rulers of States in the East. Boom comes Emirates to the East. Even so, the Fulanis operate a ranking system in the Emirate and District Structures. Hence the Sultan of Sokoto can make any of the Emirs or District Heads in the new LGAs the Emir of their State of residency. Then boom, the Eastern Region become several Emirates at the pleasure of the Caliphate.
